Yeah, so DL ako. And wala akong 2.0 grade. But compared to all the other people on the Director's List, I feel really stupid. I mean, what sort of honors student can't ace PEHM? (*coughnerdcough*) And what sort of honors student can't ace a subject at all? (*hackstupidhack*) Wala akong uno, in case you haven't noticed. It sucks that I can't even get getting good grades right.
Andaming tao nagsasabi, "At least DL!" Yeah. But when you had goals in mind (goals: to get a higher average than my 1st quarter last year; to ace at least 2 subjects) that you can't seem to achieve, no matter what you do, parang bale wala na rin eh. I could do SO much better, sa totoo lang.

I didn't ace any subject, neither did I ace PEHM, but I'm also a DL with an ave. of 1.375. So, Gian, does that mean I'm both a nerd and a stupid person? XD
No, but you got a 1.375. Only really good people do that during the first quarter. I'm a mediocre kind of good. Not good.

2. And how can one be "a mediocre kind of good"? If one is mediocre, then that means one is neither good nor terrible...?
3. And I believe the mediocre people would not have the ability to get into Pisay, much less the DL of Pisay.
4. And so you didn't meet your standards. Well, you can't do much about it now. You can mourn over your grades, and you can kill yourself. Neither of which can do you much good.(The kill yourself part was sarcasm, by the way.)

1. nerd - someone who knows too much; stupid - someone who doesn't know how to use what he/she knows. Knowing a lot doesn't mean you know how to use it.
2. Mediocre has a negative connotation. Mediocre kind of good means a low kind of good. Kinda like a B-, which is good, but not good. Got it?
3. Mediocre people can do anything, even get into the DL of Pisay. We just don't do it very well.
4. Did the first one already, about to do the latter.

eh. at least your grades are high. i got a 2.0 and a 2.75.
